Thanks for your comments. You sure have tried. I started No-Cal with a Dave Linstrum Dornier Falke ( a parasol wing 1920's German fighter marked as Swiss). I made it turn right with thrustline and it gets about 50 seconds. Haven't tried low wingers.
As far as skill goes, I'm a 60 year beginner who uses too much glue. I have an A-6 I haven't finished.. Seems too small for me. I've built a few Peanuts that don't fly very well..
I have P-18 plans I should build from. I've had fun flying Markos simple version of the Double Whammy and a 2014-15 rules SO plane.. So, good 10 gram planes with plenty of wing area interest me, and I think a lot of novices would agree.
