As I'm not an engineer, I don't keep good records of things. Part of the winder correspondence is on my wife's computer, most of it is on my own. Trying to find out how many winders I've built is beyond my ability or inclination to audit.
However, Trumeter keeps very good records. They just checked my account for me today and found that I've purchased 128 counters between Sept 2010 and last week. This doesn't exactly equal the number of winders, as (1) maybe 10 or 12 had other makes of counter before the Gizmo Geezer put me onto Trumeter, (2) a few were made with no counter at all, (3) some counters were resold to other experimenters (that would be a minus), and (4) I've only used 2 of the 10 that I bought last week.
But the honest count is between 110 and 120. Way beyond what I ever expected.
