I never made that claim either. All I said was that the first time I observed the wing leading edge set at 45 degrees on an indoor duration free flight model it was on Emil Schutzel's A6 in the mid 1990's.
I will add that I make no claims to be knowledgeable on the history of indoor duration models, however I do not recall ever seeing this being done on any other contemporary (by that I mean since I was born) Indoor duration classification. Probably for good reason. Few, if any indoor duration classifications specify minimum wood dimensions.

Guys- Wing leading edges set at 45 degrees on outdoor rubber models date back to the 1930s' Even the humble(?) "Gollywock" have this setup- Do we now have people imagining themselves to be the innovator in this construction style for indoor models?
