Regarding the search for plastic props for P-18, is there any thought to using the Ikara 4.3" prop?  What it missing in diameter may be made up by the wider chord.  
At .6 gm it would seem a lightweight alternative to the typical 5-5.5" garden variety prop, and that may be with the included bearing and spinner.

The proposal had the rules below.

Horizontalstabilizer shall not exceed maximum span of 9 inches with a maximum chord of 3.5 inches.Maximum overall length, including the propeller shall not exceed 18 inches. 27.4 The propeller shall be an unmodified commercially available unit with a maximumdiameter of 5.5 inches. Weight may be added to the blade for balancing. 27.5 The maximum hook to hook distance shall not exceed 10 inches. 27.6. The minimum weight of the completed model, less rubber, shall be 7.5 grams.
