Gee, thanks for making me feel ancient! :--)

My first reaction was that articles from 1961 weren't really "vintage", wasn't that for stuff from the '30s and '40s, and maybe early '50s? And 1996 seems practically yesterday. Hmm. Of course, I did see a museum section a few years ago that was about life in the '60s, with vinyl miniskirt and Vietnam campaign Air Force equipment, Beetles posters and other stuff from "the day".

I graduated from high school in 1962. Now and then, something like this topic's title makes me do the math and realize how long it's been. Where does the time go?!
