Beginner event suggestions for Kibbie Dome

I'm looking for suggestions for a simple model that I can buy in kit form,
and that kids could build relatively quickly (with help from me and anyone
else I can get to volunteer). Because of time constraints I think these
will need to have plastic props, but I'm open to suggestions.

I also want to build a few myself, and offer them up for anyone that just
wants to fly. This would be a Saturday and Sunday only event, and I want
to make it completely free for juniors.
