Once a good flying site is lost it's almost always lost permanently (Johnson City, Tustin, Akron, etc.).

There are several problems with Moscow starting with its timing. It was a more successful contest when it was in July or August. The current schedule usually conflicts with the Nats.

My suggestion is that we preserve this site at all costs. Shorten the contest to 4 days and raise the entry to $300.
