Chain Gang Winder Malfunction

My 1:20 winder has been displaying a higher count than I've actually been cranking in. I isolated the problem to a defective GRI reed switch, and fixed it by replacing the GRI switch with a Coto. If any of you out there are experiencing a similar problem, I want to fix it (the GRI switch is a brown plastic cylinder, 1/4 D x 3/4 L).
 

 Parts and labor are no charge, just pay for the round trip. For DIY'ers, I can just send a Cto switch, epoxied to a spacer, with a set of basic instructions on how I fixed mine.
