Thanks Kurt and Joe for coming!

 This could become a regular spot if people are willing to make it one.
 It needs some work, mostly cleaning up and plugging up some of the gaps to reduce the air infiltration.
 Thirteen AMA records were set here in 1984. That should speak volumes for the site's potential.
