Let me be clear that I'm not personally involved with any negotiations
at this point in time. But as far as it being a tough sell there is
another point that Fred Rash brought up. ETSU is reinstating their
football program. If the site is to be used for indoor football practice
then the scoreboard could in the way. My hopeful opinion is that the
cost of removing the scoreboard might be the ONLY obstacle to getting it
removed.
