I think most of us would take a chance and fly all the way to the top. We would probably increase our chance of survival by flying a smaller circle. Those who steer would have an even bigger advantage than normal.
Most of the events at USIC since 2010 don't have a lot of fliers, with the exception of LPP. If we have the same number of fliers as before, I don't think we would have congestion problems at the top, other than LPP.
I'll let Kurt comment on the landscape for gliders.
I would support holding USIC in Johnson City in 2016. Perhaps the cost of renting the building can be negotiated lower.
