I think floorspace will fall into the "sacrifices" category if we have a USIC/Nats at West Baden. I doubt (but don't know for sure) that they would close off the whole dome to other guests.

However, my thought is to see if we could be allowed to use the center area of the floorspace, with a ring around the outside for guests to use. We don't want to get too close to the walls anyway.

Someone still needs to lead this, though, and it isn't too early to start working on it. The AMA is already calling representatives for the first Nats Planning meeting.
