I have a pretty decent supply of the specific gears Wayne used in his winders. When I created the A2Z CNC Dual Ratio winder I got the supplier and part numbers from Wayne and that is the same gears I used. Wayne told me he got the same from Bob Wilder when he Wayne designed his winder.
In the dual gears there are 2 different sizes used. Both have the same number of teeth on the small gear and on the big gear there is a 48 tooth and a 60 tooth. I also have the single gears if anyone ever needed them. I can offer the dual gears at USD$7.50 each for either size plus shipping. This is direct from me personally and does not involve A2Z in any way.
