Jake, I've launched at values as high as .65 in-oz, but that was with longer models using much larger rudders. My question is not that of the model being structurally able to withstand the loading, but rather, being able to keep it in the air. I tried a model of similar, but not nearly as extreme, proportions some years back, and it was singularly uncivilized. Also, I've launched light motorsticks like that at .5 in-oz and higher, and they twist considerably, making for some other problems to contend with.
