One last point I should have made earlier. I am referring to the version 25 of pstiffness that was recenty posted by Brett Sanborn. It appears that there is at least one of version of version 25 out in the wild. That other version gives the correct answer with the parameters I posted.

 When I get back from Kibbie, I will post a longer note with the actual formulas from the original papers on the subject. And, I will post some information about how SC can be used in wood selection and building.
