OK here is what I learned from Walt today. The person at the AMA that
needs to be emailed is Tony Stillman, his address is
tonys_at_modelaircraft.org he is the head of the competitions department
and as of now has been made aware of the issue of lost and missing records.
Basically what he told Walt is that the AMA in in process of reworking
the website and it is taking a long time. This sounded more like an
excuse to Walt and I so the suggestion is to keep on Tony until the
individual issues get resolved. So I suggest that those with missing
records from January and or earlier start emailing Tony regularly until
it gets resolved. The records set as West Baden are still to new for
processing it seems. Probbaly give them a couple more weeks then start
emailing to check on them. I think we can no longer just mail it and
assume it will be taken care of at this time. Also the AMA use to
publish the new records that were set in Model Aviation each month and
they stopped doing that. I think if we all email the AMA in this regards
maybe we can get that back in the magazine. In the meantime, as long as
we keep posting new records on this list, we can have our own up to date
listing. I was keeping a PDF file of all indoor records but I need to
catch up on a few. Once I update I will repost for all to review.
