Full flaring prop blocks

I had a request from a customer and developed a new jig to make a full flaring prop block.
Instead of the spar line being dead center, it is just inside the block edge.

I have tested another jig and can now cut balsa blocks down to 12"P pretty easily.
The limit now is the length of the lever arm and at 12"P you run out of arm at about 8" block length.
Probably not a huge concern - Most flyers will never have use for a 16" Diameter prop with a 12" Pitch.
I suspect I can get down slightly lower in pitch still. The production jig I have in mind will produce even nicer results.
