Thanks to everyone for the replies and support. I was not clear in my post. I am asking anyone who plans to attend to somehow let that be known so that Andrew has some idea of how many may attend. One way is to vote "I plan to attend" in the poll. Another is to send me a private message. Or one could do as Jake did and announce one's intentions in this forum.
Andrew will work out how donations are accepted. The donation method will be posted when that is known.
