Source for pre-stripped indoor rubber?

If someone were to be looking for pre-stripped rubber, to indoor sizes, specifically mini stick and maybe PP, where would one look to these days?  I woudl like to get a good stripper but are not quite there yet, so in the mean time, while I re-aquiant myself with indoor, I just want to get som appropriate rubber.
