You might like to watch the YouTube videos posted there by guys from Lane Tech in Chicago. That school was a hot bed of free flight and other model flying before WWII.

I've posted photos of my build of a plane made to Wright Stuff Rules there, as had Don Slusarczyk. I hope that this will be helpful to all the moderators and fliers in Wright Stuff competition this year. Getting the small wing/ big tail combination to work was a challenge. Also, making a rubber/prop setup takes some experiment. I'm up to 2 minutes at a Class I site.


I'm glad some kids are having fun with these planes.
