  I do sell F1D variable pitch hubs. Let me know when you're ready to order. I've got a batch in the bin that I'm slowly finishing. Price is $35 each for the current design. The most recent one weighs 87 mg. Expect 92-93 if you need tissue tubes to mount the prop spars. (I'd recommend those if you're new to VP)

  At present it is generally being accepted to use commercial hubs for F1D. A definitive ruling has yet to appear from the contest boards, but it's an acceptable practice. Most importantly, it's a great way to learn VP. You get to start with a proven design, and if you wish to make refinements, you've got a great baseline/pattern for making your own.
