Haven't tried that yet but I imagine it would work well for F1M or penny plane. There is some very light prepreg that should work well. Just need the vacuum bag and a large enough hot box to make it. I'd do it against something flat too.
Slicing it might be problematic though. A Bynes table saw might work.
For F1D there would be too much weight I think.
