Since F1R is an FAI event I would expect any bought F1R hub to be legal
for F1R USA records just as they are legal for F1D USA records. However
the use of a bought F1R hub on an AMA event such as AROG would in my CD
opinion be illegal. I would not allow a bought VP hub to be used in that
case nor a bought F1D hub for use on say an AMA event like HLS or Int
Stick model as I believe it would violate the BOM per AMA rules.
