To my understanding, even the "real" athletes do not need to be
"available" for testing 24/7, but (for every day?) they need to announce
(in advance) when and where they can be reached for testing.
But as Andras pointed out, in aviation sports you do NOT need to be
available for testing during the training period, only at competitions.
