All good suggestions, JC would be nice to get back into-West Baden would be fantastic as well. I would be happy to do the epic drive to Kibbe again.

Thinking really outside the box I just had a meeting with Parks and Recreation for Colorado Springs and our MMM club normal indoor events. I brought up the subject of having 5 days in the site for the NATS and they really liked the idea, they even noted there could also be some local sponsorship for events that include "heads and beds"

Downsides- Small site but good air for those who have flown here its not that bad, 38 ft no snag ceiling but its not the height of your site its how you fly it. Good time to make some new models, when was the last low ceiling site at the NATS?

Upsides- Fantastic vacation destination city, maybe even talk a few wives into coming, lots of things to see and do in town and around town.

Hotels and a dozen good places to eat within steps of the site, parking is not a real issue. In fact if stayed downtown you wouldn't even need a car. Availability is still up in the air but they think dates around the times we would like should be no issue, hopefully.

The site is not that expensive and we would get discounted rates. Also plenty of help on hand in town with timers, manning the table ect, I would be happy to do the event director duties. No helium needed, pole steering all day long.

We also have a large contingent of Sci Oly kids and we could really have a great turnout for that event alone.

 Just spitballing
