FAI has been part of the anti-doping for quite a while, so there should
not be any acute changes. In principal, if you are using some long-term
medication, you should check against the list of banned medicals, and if
your medication is on the list, then you need a statement from the
doctor that your medication is prescribed, and not used as doping. To my
understanding, there are some restrictions on which doctor can write
such statement.

Short of that, anti-doping should not affect indoor flying in any way.
