I was looking over the CD packet for the upcoming TTOMA indoor contest
tomorrow and noticed the AMA has changed their required forms. They deleted
the participant list requirement (Form 11) and added this:

I'm curious know if this new wording will allow them to avoid paying
majority of insurance claims by placing the liability back on the
participants?
