For part of the day, the air was turbulent below 20 or 25'. Above that, the air was very good. Kagan had commented that the ground turbulence was not as bad as it was in Belgrade.
I flew my 350 mg EZB there, and I was able to punch through the ground turbulence and reach the ceiling. I spent most of my time flying F1L, which due to its small static stability and large flaring prop, had more difficulty punching through the turbulence. I was able to do so by decreasing the decalage slightly. Next time, I think I would try a smaller and less floppy prop.
I enjoyed flying at the site. It's a nice building - bright and few obstructions at the ceiling. There was a big flag at the top, but it was possible to fly away from it.
