The perfect location is centered north/south along the Missouri River. The people on the east coast could complaint that it is too far & the people on the west coast could also complain that it is too far which proves that is the perfect location. Kansas City (Kansas or Missouri, you choose) is the obvious choice. Land is cheap (relatively speaking) & I will volunteer to keep the keys to the building at no cost to the Indoor Community.
Let me know when you have commitments for the $5,000,000 & a set of plans. I will get construction started ASAP.

It's a great idea, Manuel.

I'm sure you'd find many willing to donate within their means.
But where would you put it?

West Coast wouldn't help me, nor would East Coast.
Midwest - possibly, but depends upon the location.
Folks aren't going to drive six hours one way more than once a month.
(At least and stay married and connected to their children!)
