Someone on-line (Kevin Lamers maybe?) lives nearby that.
He indicated that the floor is going to be covered in stalls and whatnot.
I'd guess that it will be difficult to hold anything there as the stalls presumably are not easily moved.
Neat space regardless. Might be cool to try something in it.
