My own ideas for an indoor site have been a bit less ambitious than yours.
Such as renovating an old warehouse or large gymnasium or the like, and
put a restaurant in one end, with large windows so the patrons could enjoy
the flying.
And a hobby shop of course.
To draw spectators, regularly scheduled races and other events, such as 3D
competitions with classical music accompaniment .
Blimp racing would be fun, as well as pylon races with semi-scale planes.
Local businesses could sponsor planes or blimps, with their logo on the
plane or blimp.
It's fun to daydream, it's my second favorite hobby. I wonder what the
first is?
