Lew Gitlow's book

I was working for Lew at the time he published his book. I probably got
the first copy before he ever sold one (he even included a picture of me in
the book). Unfortunately I was a kid, and through multiple moves over the
last 20 years I've managed to lose my copy. A few copies are available on
Amazon, but the least expensive one is $89 plus shipping. I'm wondering if
anyone on the list has an extra copy they would sell for a more reasonable
price. I don't need the book, I just want it on the shelf next to my copy
of Ron Williams book for nostalgia.
