Hi Mike,
To be clear, you want a 6 inch tapered rod, that will taper from just under 5/16” down to slightly under ¼”?
And can you be clear as to what dimensions you actually want, ie. .296” (19/64”) to say .234” (15/64”).

Subject: [Indoor_Construction] Wanted: Stub form
Might anyone have a metal lathe and would be willing to make a part for me?
I want to make a form for slightly under 5/16 to slightly under 1/4". 6 inches long.
Aluminum or brass is fine. Am willing to pay.
I am making motor sticks 5/16" in diameter and rolling the stubs on a cylinder is a bit difficult to get them as straight as I'd like. A tapered form would really help here.
Regards.
Mike Kirda
