It's a comparison of a hypothetical model with a 1.8g flying weight, 0.6g of motor, and whatever efficiency enhancing mechanism that would make the new rules F1D model fly 35 minutes. This hypothetical model would be able to fly 52.5 minutes at the hypothetical Lakehurst Hangar 1.5.

I would be interested to hear how a F1D can be improved by 15%.

Superhuman is an adjective that I believe rightfully describes Brett's 30-minute flight.
