They sold the tow in question, but ran out last year.
The reason this carbon purchase came into being was due to the fact that ALL sources had run dry for more than six months. As far as I can tell, no one in the US ever sold it as tow.
The only way to get it was to purchase the fabric and separate it manually.

FWIW, I would never do this again. Too much work.
