Good question. 14bis Peanut scale maybe?

Regarding the Toray carbon question...

Deweaving the carbon fiber cloth is time consuming. This will easily take 20 hours of time.
I do not have a 42" wide by 3 yard table, so this is laid out on my basement floor. I have to pull every fiber bundle out individually. Given the fact that I am sitting on my haunches while doing this, bending over, I can only do it for short times, i.e. 10-15 minutes. I did it for an hour the other evening and my back was really sore the next 48 hours.
This is not worth getting hurt for, especially given that I am doing this out of the goodness of my heart.

I did a couple of sessions tonight and I estimate that I am somewhere between 10 and 20% finished.

If someone really really really needs it now, I could ship out a less than full consignment early. I am hopeful that I can finish it before the end of May.

Regards.
