Mike, I was thinking from the point of a kit producer and consumer here. In the kit, a few pieces of wood are all I require. I would source the form and cutting template myself.

This brings up another idea. Would be kit suppliers could offer a few versions of the F1D kit. The all inclusive bells and whistles kit, the templates and forms only kit, and the wood only kit. I am willing to bet there are modelers out the who have a stash of wood from other models, but lack the templates and forms for an F1D. Others may have the forms, but are short on wood. And others still may need both.
