Here are my best guess estimates for the new F1D flight times at various active sites. The estimated reduction in flight time varies between 22% to 30%. There will be more reduction at higher sites.

 Projected flight time for each site estimated in the following way:
 1. estimating a best 0.6 g flight time at the same site with 50% more height.
 2. Taking 2/3 (66.7%) of this estimated flight time

 - best 0.6g time: 38:00
 - estimated 0.6g time in 320': 40:00
 - projected 0.4g time: 26:40
 - 29.8% reduction
 

 Lakehurst: 176'
 

 - best 0.6g time: 42:00
 - estimated 0.6g at 264': 45:00
 - projected 0.4g time: 30:00
 - 28.6% reduction
 

 Kibbie: 140'
 - best 0.6g time: 38:30
 - estimated 0.6g time at 210': 42:00
 - projected 0.4g time: 28:00
 - 27.3% reduction
 

 Johnson City: 112'
 - best 0.6g time: 36:30
 - estimated 0.6g time at 168': 40:00
 - projected 0.4g time: 26:40
 - 26.9% reduction
 

 Belgrade: 85'
 - best 0.6g time: 39:00
 - estimated 0.6g time at 127': 42:00
 - projected 0.4g time: 28:00
 - 28.2% reduction
