Thank you for the very clear and comprehensive explanation of the matters leading up to the recent F1D rule change. It must have been a major piece of work , gathering all the information and arranging it into a readable summary. I suppose that some of the information would be in languages other than your own and to have it presented to us in very clear English is much appreciated. Thank You.
