Again, the feedback loop is broken. We can discuss matters concerning Indoor Duration as much as we want. Until there is a defined mechanism for the various voting members to seek out our input, and path for our input to filter back to the members, the situation will continue to be unacceptable. The current procedure does not work.
And F1D is not adequately represented. There may have been representatives from countries with WC participants, but they clearly did not have input from the WC participants. One authority does not representation make.
