Ok, now. I am not happy that the rules change got passed, as majority of
fliers seem to have opposed it, and simply making it possible to
organize contests on partial motors but with current models would have
sufficed. Therefore I think it might be worth writing a letter, signed
by as many F1D fliers as possible, to ask for reconsidering before the
rule is enforced.

But if that fails and the rules change in January 2015, please settle
with that. This rules change is possibly making damage to the class
popularity, but another rules change in 2016 would be devastating ! Who
would want to build a single F1D model any more, if the rules are
changes every two years?
