Here are my personal measurements on the various F1D suitable films that I have in my workshop. The measurements were taken on film cut to 26" for use in covering a wing (or saved for a future wing). Please remember that the film weights vary between rolls and even for film in just one roll. So, take these numbers, in milligrams per square meter, as approximate.

 Y2K2 542 mg/sm
 Y2K 690 mg/sm
Y2K2-4k 739 mg/sm (this is the later batch Y2K with 4k marked on the sticker)
 OS Film 780 mg/sm

My current F1D has a total film area of 284 square inches (0.183 sm). Using the weight difference between Y2K2 and OS film of 238 mg/sm, using Y2K2 instead of OS Film saves just under 44mg in weight.
