At the EAA contest, they set up display models.
People do ask about the differences in the planes. For the general public, chord or stab size restrictions seem like too much information.

I thought that having something that could be shared could be useful. Before I start and get too involved, I thought I'd present this for feedback first.
Example:
 F1L class
Description: International class similar to US EZB.
 Span: 18”
 Prop: no limit
 Model weight: 1.2 grams
 Rubber weight: no limit

 A-6
Description: Similar to F1L but requires paper covering.
Span: No limit, but there is a 30 square inch area limit.
 Prop: 6" diameter
 Model weight: 1.2 grams
 Rubber weight: no limit

 F1D
Description: International class considered to be the ultimate indoor model (yada yada)

 Span: 55 centimeters

 Prop: no limit

 Model weight: 1.2 grams
 Rubber weight: 0.6 grams
