I spoke to my hotel person - she indicated that 56 (which runs north/south in West Baden Springs) was flooded. The county roads to the west are probably the best bet. The local town hall and police number is (812) 936-4614.
She couldn't tell me much and the number above goes to voice mail.
I am hoping that Highland Drive to Mt Airie will be OK.
Print out and bring local maps.
