Hi Tim.

Best to think in loop lengths for weight limited classes like F1D.
Width might be 0.045-0.055" - it all depends upon the thickness of the rubber.
An 8" loop is pretty thick, 9" loops are common. Some go out a bit longer.
But it is in that range.
