West Baden FAI record trials sanction

Today I received an FAI record trials sanction for the West Baden contest on April 5 and 6. As far as I know this does not relieve record applicants from any of the responsibilities connected with filing a record claim EXCEPT that you would not have to get your own record trial sanction. You would still need an FAI stamp, the full requirements for documenting the flight including calibrated stop watches, a team of 2 timers, the $250 payment to the AMA, the dossier and all the notifications spelled out in the AMA and FAI rules.

With the money collected so far and promised we are at about the break even point for expenses for the contest.
