John Kagan and All,

I'm still trying to monitor the East Tennessee State University
"Mini-Dome aka MSHA Center" in Johnson City, TN. In fact, I flew a
little there yesterday. Basketball obstructions are still present in the
Mini-Dome, but there is discussion underway to move basketball games to
a city facility. Three or 4 home games were played in the city facility
this season. I have asked if banners, lights, and scoreboard will all
be moved, but no one seems to know yet.

The Mini-Dome will receive a new roof (overlay) starting after May 2015
graduation so the AMA Indoor FF Nats/USIC could not be held there in
2015. After the new roofing, flying there in 2016 might be feasible. Kim
Young remains a very good contact for us and I try to check in with her
every few months.

The 4-level parking garage that is replacing the lot where we used to
park is almost finished, but still not in use after ~6 month schedule
overrun. Both weather and changes in scope have contributed to the delay.
