The names that have graced the USIC top 5 once and then never again.

I'm not insulting those who are prepared and experienced. I'm saying that you can be prepared and experienced and still get beaten by someone who is new to the game. Like the Italian Snowboard Cross rider that was clearly faster than the rest of the field, but then he and the top 4 crashed into each other and the guy at the back won.

LPP is a similar situation, by design. It is one of the simplest classes, but has the most rules. Restrictions are in place to reduce advantages, which makes unpredictable results more likely.

My assertion: unpredictable results are more likely in LPP than F1D, and in Snowboard Cross more than Super-G, and Short Track more than Long Track.
