There are several things odd about 3/99 Tan2. If there really was a
separate run of rubber in 3/99 then it's the only case I can find of
different batches being run in consecutive months.

I didn't think I had ever seen a test of 3/99 in my records but actually do
have one by Fred Tellier that shows 3/99 being considerably below 2/99 and
5/99. This is a strange result given that 2/99 and 5/99 are both excellent.
Maybe there was a small batch run as an experiment that didn't work out.

I have a small amount of rubber that is supposed to be 3/99. Maybe I'll
eventually get around to testing it.
