No weight F1D predates the 1gr 65cm model limits so F1D will not go the
way of EZB as the 1.2 gram limit is already heavy for the model size. A
55 cm model built in the style of 65cm models would be around 800 mg so
the 1.2 gram current weight is already heavy to those who flew 1 gram
65cm F1D and going to 1.4 is transforming F1D to a light Pennyplane?
Might as well fly F1M with .4 gram rubber and call that F1D. Rules
changes should be proposed to address a true concern not used as a
method to try and legislate people in our out of the winners circle at a
world champs.
